10th Kyu - Kyokushin


Students will need to have a knowledge of the following :

Ippon Kumite

Attack 1 - Seiken-Oi-Tsuki-Jodan.
Defence & Counter Attack - Seiken-Jodan-Uke, Kin Geri.

Attack 2 - Seiken-Oi-Tsuki-Chudan.
Defence & Counter Attack Seiken-Mae-Gedan Berai, Hiza Geri.

Kata

Taikyoku-Sono-Ichi

Exercises

10 Seiken push ups.
10 Sit-ups.
Four in one stretching exercise.
10 Killers. (Also known as Burpees).
(Note: Juniors under the age of 16 are permitted to perform push-ups on knees for all grades).

Note

Students will be tested for their ability on the above techniques in Fudo Dachi and moving in Zenkutsu-Dachi. Fists to be held closed at all times.

121 Classes by Prior Appointment:
£20 per hour. (Face to Face).

£30 per year.
