Tuesdays: FIGHT CLUB
This includes:
Warmup & Conditioning
Fight Drills
Pad Work
Fighting: Bareknuckle Knockdown/K1 & Thai Kickboxing & Kudo MMA

What to wear: Choice of; 
Full Gi (Uniform). 
Gi Jacket & MMA Shorts.
Rashguard or T-Shirt & Gi Bottoms.
Rashguard or T-Shirt & Shorts (either MMA Style or Thai). 

Thursdays: KYOKUSHIN
This includes:
Warm Up / Preparation (Hojo Undo)
Basics (Kyokushin Kihon)
Pattern Drills (Kata)
Application & Self-Defence (Bunkai & Goshin Jutsu)
Fighting / Bareknuckle Knockdown (Kumite)
Breaking (Tameshiwari)
Weapons (Kobudo)

What to wear: Choice of; 
Full Gi (Uniform).
Rashguard or T-Shirt & Gi Bottoms.

Saturdays: KUDO MMA

This includes:
Basics (Kudo Kihon)
Pad Drills
Fight Drills 
Kudo Japanese MMA Fighting (Kumite)

What to wear: Choice of; 
Full Gi (Uniform).
Gi Jacket & MMA Shorts.
Rashguard or T-Shirt & Gi Bottoms.
Rashguard or T-Shirt & MMA Shorts.

(Knockdown Bareknuckle Karate & Kickboxing).

Tuesdays:

FIGHT CLUB - Immortals Fight Squad: 7pm
(Open Gym. Any style sparring practice).

Saturdays:

KUDO - Japanese MMA: 10am
(Toude-Jutsu. Strike, Grapple. Submit).
 

Training Costs:

Pay as You Train Fees:
£5.00 per session. (Face to Face).
£3.00 per session. (Online/Zoom).

Pre-Pay Monthly Fees:
£20 per month. (Face to Face).
£10 per month. (Online/Zoom).

121 Classes by Prior Appointment:
£20 per hour. (Face to Face).
£15 per hour. (Online/Zoom).

Insurance & Affiliations:
£30 per year. 
What this includes:
Annual NAKMAS Licence & Insurance Fees. 
£10 Million Personal Liability.
£500 Dental Insurance. 
Kudo (Japanese MMA) KIF Japan Membership. Affiliation Kudo UK & Kudo Wales.

SPECIAL OFFER:
£50 (one off, single payment).
